At productivitylab.shop, all products are digital and delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds once access has been granted.

1. Digital Products

All products offered on Be Prodactive — including Excel templates, Google Sheets tools, dashboards, planners, and other digital assets — are delivered online immediately after purchase.

No physical items are shipped. Therefore, returns are not applicable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your account and purchased content until the end of your current billing period.

  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Because all products are delivered instantly in digital format, refunds are generally not provided.

However, exceptions may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content

  • Duplicate or accidental payments

  • Situations required by applicable consumer protection laws
