1. About Be Prodactive

Be Prodactive is a digital productivity platform providing access to professionally designed tools, including:

  • Excel and Google Sheets templates

  • Planners, dashboards, and trackers

  • Project management tools

  • Digital assets and productivity systems

All products are created in-house and delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Subscription Services

Access to our digital library is provided through subscription plans (monthly or yearly).

  • Subscriptions grant access to available products during the active billing period

  • Future updates and new content may be included

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify

3. User Accounts

After subscribing, users receive access credentials via email.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after payment.

  • No physical items are shipped

  • Access is provided through your account or download links

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted (see Refund Policy).

5. User Conduct

By using Be Prodactive, you agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our products

  • Share access to your account with others

  • Use our content for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials are owned by Be Prodactive and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the products.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell content

  • Modify and redistribute without permission

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period

Due to instant digital delivery:

  • Refunds are generally not provided

  • Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues, duplicate payments, or as required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

Be Prodactive is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

We do not guarantee that:

  • Products will meet all user expectations

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
